Women Pioneers for Peace and Life, known as HINNA which is Abbreviated from a Somali name (HAWEENKA HORSEEDKA NABADDA & NOLOSHA) is a non political, non-profit making, and humanitarian woman organization at a national level directly involving with the community and pioneering peace and stability, and eradicating poverty and vulnerability through humanitarian and development programs throughout Somalia.

HINNA was initiated by a group of 60 cross section women that includes housewives, businesswomen and professionals who share common goal and values.

HINNA was established on April 28, 2003 in Mogadishu with the main objective is to see Somalia in peaceful situation and without roadblocks, faction enclaves and conducive environment where community lives side by side without conflicts and human rights abuses.

Asha Osman Ugas – known as Asha Shaur is the chairperson of the organization.
