HINNA, a women-led organization with over 20 years of experience, is dedicated to providing humanitarian aid and developmental support across several regions in Somalia, Founded in 2003, HINNA works to alleviate suffering, promote peace, and uplift vulnerable communities through initiatives in health, education, livelihood support, protection, and gender-based violence prevention. Driven by a mission to empower Somali society, we focus on empowering women, supporting displaced persons, and enhancing community resilience. From emergency relief, food security, Health, WASH, shelter and protection, to address both immediate needs and long-term development goals. HINNA envisions a Somalia where communities live in peace and dignity, free from conflict and poverty, and where human rights are respected for all. Through local and international partnerships, the organization has become a trusted advocate for social justice, equality, and sustainable development in Somalia.
