HINNA is one of the women organizations enjoying reputation in the area because of its past experience in the implementation of the emergency programs and it will mobilize the emergency response team with qualified background for the smooth implementation of this important program. The emergency program will address the existing gaps in the targeted area and the program is designed to distribute blankets, kitchen sets and plastic sheets for the IDPs to have minimum standard shelter.
The IDPs will be provided with household utensils for water storage and proper food preparations, and sanitary clothes to boost the dignity of women and girls within the camps. HINNA will manage to distribute 400 NFI kits a day and the implementation will run for 10days. The kits will be transported near the camp where distribution will take place in order to avoid delays either incurred during the transportation and other external factors.
HINNA has acquired permission from local authorities to use the UNHCR and HINNA emblems throughout the project period. A slogan will be used where it has emblem of UNHCR and HINNA when meeting with local authority and the distribution centre when the distribution of NFI kits will take place in different districts.
The below table shows the number of camp in respect to the distribution of the kits.
