Education and Empowerment

Access to Primary Education

We provide Education and Empowerment programs which is committed to ensuring that children from displaced and marginalized families have access to quality education. We have established primary schools in IDP camps and underserved areas to provide children with a safe and supportive learning environment. These schools are designed to accommodate children who have been displaced by conflict or natural disasters, offering them a chance to continue their education despite the challenges they face. Our curriculum not only focuses on literacy and numeracy but also integrates peace education, teaching children the importance of coexistence and conflict resolution from a young age

Vocational Training and Women’s Empowerment

In addition to primary education, HINNA runs vocational training programs aimed at empowering women and youth with the skills they need to achieve economic independence. We offer courses in tailoring, carpentry, small business management, and other marketable skills that enable participants to start their own businesses or seek employment. By providing women with opportunities for economic empowerment, HINNA helps them break the cycle of poverty and gain greater control over their lives and livelihoods. This empowerment also extends to encouraging women to take on leadership roles within their communities, advocating for their rights and participating in decision-making processes.
