HINNA Organization as a focal point, has distributed 2000 NFIs for 2000 IDP families in two main sections namely Dadsaney and Ex-Gaheyr University in the larger 77 camp in Daynile district based on the outcome of early assessment and as per agreement with UNHCR. The distribution activity has taken five days from 8, 9, 11, 12, and 13 May 2012 in collaboration with local authority and other stakeholders and completed in safe mode.
Before the NFIs distribution take place there were preparation activities deployed including meetings with the authorities and IDP committees with the exchange of ideas regarding registration of proper beneficiaries for the project, to identify the distribution points, appropriate security measures and all information in that respect. HINNA team along with the Committee sensitized the target groups in the camps to mobilize them as to ensure proper and fair Registration and distribution.
